DAY 1
BREATHTAKING

DRIVE  1 1/2 HRS NORTH TO THE GRAND CANYON

 

For a truly unforgettable experience, make sure to visit the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, your first stop on your sightseeing adventure. Mather Point is the best place to get a good look at the breathtaking beauty of the canyon. After that, stop at Yavapai Point and the Yavapai Geology Museum to learn more about the canyon's complex geology. Then, head to Grand Canyon Village to pick up some souvenirs, check out historic buildings, and explore the South Rim Trail. Finally, make sure to visit Hopi House, the Grand Canyon's oldest building, for a unique perspective of the area. You won't regret it!

DAY 2 ACTIVE

DRIVE 35 MINUTES

Sedona, Arizona, offers some of the most stunning landscapes and outdoor adventures in the Southwest. Hiking in Sedona is the perfect way to explore this beautiful area. There are plenty of day hikes that are close to Flagstaff, AZ, that you won't want to miss. From exploring the red rock formations to meandering through lush canyons, there's something for everyone. If you're looking for a more challenging hike, there are a number of trails that take you up to the highest peaks. No matter your experience level, Sedona has a hike for you.

DAY 3 QUIRKY


DRIVE 35 MINUTES
Also known as the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon," Williams, Arizona is the perfect destination for a day trip. With seven area fishing lakes, hiking trails up Bill Williams Mountain and into Sycamore Canyon, an abundance of wildlife, and all the flavor of the old West and Route 66, there is something for everyone in Williams. A day trip to this unique area offers the chance to explore the great outdoors, soak up some local culture, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

DAY 4 CHILL

Flagstaff, Arizona is one of the top places for forest bathing or "shinrin-yoku". This sustainable-tourism practice is a type of ecotourism that has been gaining popularity in recent years. The benefits of forest bathing include stress reduction, mental relaxation, boosts to the immune system and improved heart health, and better sleep. So if you're looking for a way to relax and reconnect with nature, try forest bathing in Flagstaff!
